Счастливые дети в лагере DreamWay Camp

Business & Soft Skills Development Camp for Teens (13–17 years old)

Helping teenagers gain confidence, leadership qualities, and clarity in choosing their future career.

Business & Soft Skills Development

We develop critical thinking, creativity, and the confidence to speak in public.

Active recreation and new friends

At our camp, teenagers open up and find like-minded friends.

Upcoming Sessions 2026

Our camp programs combine education and entertainment with a strong focus on physical activity.

This helps teenagers disconnect from their phones and find like-minded, driven friends.

Individual Approach

We focus on the physical, psychological, and emotional well-being of every teen to create a comfortable and empowering environment for growth.

Balanced Nutrition

Our menu is designed to ensure a perfect balance of calories and macros, keeping every teen healthy and energized.

Accommodation is based on biological sex.

If a teen feels any discomfort with their roommates, they can always reach out to their mentors.

Health and Safety

We prioritize safety by following the best practices of top American camps.

Our teens live in a welcoming student campus designed to provide the perfect environment for all camp activities.

Soft Skills Mastery

Teens explore their strengths, practice public speaking, and demonstrate leadership. We focus on developing the "Big Three": critical thinking, creativity, and emotional intelligence.

Parent Community & Updates

  • We create a dedicated group for each session, where we regularly share photos of the participants and live updates on their activities.

Career Test Drive

Students learn to spot opportunities and turn them into business projects. This hands-on approach helps them understand which skills will be essential for their future success.

Career & Future Path

Workshops with real-world entrepreneurs provide an insider’s look at various professions. Our participants often say that after camp, their choices become clearer and they leave with a specific, concrete goal.

Making Lifelong Friends

Teens connect from day one. Given the camp's unique focus, they share common interests and goals, while intensive teamwork brings them even closer together.

Real Life > Screen Time

Our schedules are crafted so that every minute counts. From morning till night, teens are fully immersed in exciting activities, naturally choosing real-world engagement over screen time.

Level Up Your Life

Discover your strengths, master public speaking, and show off your leadership. We’ll help you sharpen your critical thinking and boost your creativity.

Mentors Under 25

Our curators are on the same wavelength as you. They aren't "teachers" — they are older peers you can actually learn from and talk to.

A Community of Your Own

Making connections is easy when everyone shares your vibe. Many participants keep in touch long after camp ends, finding a tribe that lasts for years.

No "Phone Jail"

Phones aren't used during workshops, but they are always with you. Feel free to use them for debate research or to capture that perfect, unforgettable moment.

Freedom to Be You

We prioritize safety, but we never control how you express yourself. Every participant has the right to be their true self, without limits or outdated labels.

Peer-to-Peer Communication

We treat participants as adults, not kids. No "authority" pressure here. We see every one of you as an interesting, talented individual with your own unique voice.

Our mentors know exactly how to combine safety, personal growth, and unforgettable experiences.
