Educational Program
Participants take part in practical sessions focused on self-actualization, business development, and soft skills, where they learn:
understand which competencies will be in demand in 5–10 years and what needs to be developed now to become a successful and competitive professional
apply this knowledge to different professions and fields of activity
explore your strengths and interests
learn the fundamentals of sales and communicate the value of your ideas and projects
analyze opportunities around you and turn them into business projects

work in a team and demonstrate leadership skills
resolve conflicts and participate in negotiation battles

Entertainment program
Teenagers laugh, compete, and try new things, hardly noticing how they are also learning to take initiative, work as a team, negotiate, and find creative solutions. It’s a kind of отдых that both energizes and supports personal growth at the same time.
Every day at the camp is full of energy, fun, and unforgettable experiences. The kids take part in team games, quests, and a variety of activities: in the morning they get energized with water relay races, and by the evening they showcase their talents in theatrical performances.
Meetings with experts
We invite engaging speakers from various fields—entrepreneurs, scientists, and creative professionals. They share their experience and life journeys, showing that success can take many forms and always begins with the first steps.
